Kenai Vision Center is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team in Kenai, AK.
No optical experience? No problem! We are willing to provide the training and tools necessary to be successful in this position.

- Competitive starting wage of $19.00– $21.00 per hour, based upon experience. Performance review after 90 days may result in a wage increase.

What You Will Do:
- Provide a positive check in/out experience for patients.
- Verify insurance coverage and educate patients.
- Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with doctor availability.
- Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and assist office staff as needed.
- Learn basic skills to support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar role is a plus.
- Must be able to multi-task and solve problems while staying organized.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
